I live in Boiling Springs. Joe went above and beyond accommodating me with my changing schedule at the last minute. The sofa and loveseat look like new and the carpets are beautiful and clean. It was Sunday and we had a very difficult stain on our stairway carpeting that I knew our normal carpet cleaners would not be able to get out. I put an inquiry into the Real Carpet Cleaners website. Joe texted me within the hour and came out the very next day. I told him I was 80% sure I was going to have to replace the carpeting, but I’d appreciate him giving it a try. He got the stain out and weeks later there is still no sign of it! (Other cleaners “remove” stains only to have the stain magically reappear a few weeks later.) I am so grateful to Joe and would happily recommend his service to anyone! Seriously amazing service!!
